What are the dimensions and weight of the Model 1?

The Model 1 has exterior dimensions of 74” L x 32” W x 30” H.

It weights 400 pounds when empty and 1,900 pounds when filled.

What are the site requirements for installation?

  • The Model 1 can be placed inside or outside on a level surface.
  • It weighs 1,900 pounds when filled, and must be placed on a surface that can support this weight. 
  • The Model 1 should have 5 feet of clearance from the front access panel vent, and at least 2 feet of clearance for the side vent to allow for proper airflow for the chiller.

What are the electrical requirements?

The Model 1 runs on a standard 110V connection and can be plugged into any ordinary outlet. 

How does install work?

  • Once delivered, uncrate the Model 1, remove the box with the chiller, and move the unit to the desired location. The Model 1 weighs ~350 pounds without the chiller, so please make sure to resource the move appropriately for that weight. 
  • Once the unit is in the desired location, you open the access panel, put in the chiller, plug the unit in, fill it up with a hose, and within hours the water will be cooled and ready to plunge!

What is maintenance like?

Assuming residential and normal use, routine maintenance is recommended to keep the water and experience fresh.

  • Weekly: Add sanitizer and balancers to your water. Rinse the metal mesh filter cap.
  • Quarterly: Drain the unit. Clean the acrylic shell and cover. Replace the paper filter. Refill and add sanitizer and balancers.

How does shipping work? How long does it take?

We offer free curbside delivery via freight carrier. The unit ships to a local distribution center, and then the carrier contacts you to schedule a delivery window.

Usually this takes 1-2 weeks from the day we ship. For in-stock units, we can ship next-day if you’re ready to receive it.

Can I order now and ship later?

Absolutely! We'd be happy to hold your order until you are ready to receive — and we won’t ship out without your explicit approval.

Can the Model 1 be used year-round?

Our cold plunge is designed for use above freezing temperatures. There are some modifications you can do to keep it running in sub-freezing temps — please reach out to us to discuss if you are interested.

Without these modifications, the cold plunge should be winterized and drained for temps below 32°F
