Cancellation and Return Policy

We understand that purchasing wellness products are a significant investment, both in terms of cost and logistics. Cold Plunges and Hot Tubs are expensive, bulky products that are difficult and expensive to ship, and returns and cancellations can be very costly. Therefore, we strongly encourage all of our customers to do their due diligence before making a purchase to ensure that they are fully satisfied with their choice. 

Cancellations

 

• For Orders not yet shipped: No cancellation fee for Credit Card or Bank Deposit payments. A 5% cancellation fee applies to Affirm and TrueMed orders to cover merchant fees.

• For Orders already in transit: Cancellations incur a 30% restocking fee plus return shipping costs.

 

Returns

 

• Returns for orders that are unopened and still in the manufacturer’s original packaging without defect are acceptable within 30 days of purchasing and will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs.

• Sales are final for all orders in which the original manufacturer’s packaging has been opened or tampered with in any manner. Any order which has been opened or removed from its original packaging will be considered final and non-returnable.
