Aquavoss Limited Warranty

2-Year Full Parts & Labor Warranty

For a period of two (2) years from the date of shipment, Aquavoss will, at its discretion, repair or replace any component determined by Aquavoss to be defective in materials or workmanship, where such defect directly causes the failure of the component, under normal residential use.

This coverage applies only to failures caused solely by a covered defect and includes, but is not limited to, the following components:

  • Pumps

  • Heaters (if applicable)

  • Chillers (if applicable)

  • Electrical and electronic components

  • Control systems and displays

  • Plumbing, valves, fittings, and internal connections

  • Sensors and internal hardware

Consumable items, including but not limited to seals, gaskets, filters, and fuses, are excluded unless expressly stated otherwise.

Labor is included during this two-year period only when repair work is coordinated by Aquavoss or expressly approved by Aquavoss in advance, subject to the Labor Coverage Terms below.

5-Year Structural Warranty

For a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment, Aquavoss warrants the structural integrity of the shell and supporting frame against defects in materials or workmanship under normal residential use.

This warranty covers structural failures of the shell or supporting frame that directly result from a covered defect and materially impair the structural integrity of the unit.

Structural Warranty does not cover issues regarding leaks or water intrusion caused by plumbing connections, fittings, seals, gaskets, external equipment, or non-structural components, or purely cosmetic defects like scratches.

Labor Coverage Terms

Labor coverage applies only when service is coordinated by Aquavoss or expressly approved prior to work being performed. Aquavoss may arrange service directly, provide remote troubleshooting, or approve a qualified local technician. Approved labor reimbursement is limited to reasonable and customary rates as determined by Aquavoss. Labor performed without prior authorization is not eligible for reimbursement.

Most repairs or component replacements can be performed by the customer (i.e. filter replacements, resolving airlocks). Aquavoss has sole discretion on authorizing use of paid labor depending on the necessity/complexity of the repair & replacement required. Aquavoss may require diagnostic confirmation before authorizing replacement parts.

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage, failure, or conditions resulting from:

  • Improper installation, including incorrect electrical service, grounding, or site preparation

  • Failure to follow operating, maintenance, or care instructions

  • Freezing, improper winterization, water chemistry imbalance, corrosion, or scale buildup, whether occurring gradually or suddenly

  • Acts of nature, including floods, storms, fire, or earthquakes

  • Misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents

  • Unauthorized modifications, alterations, or repairs, which void this warranty in its entirety

  • Use of non-approved replacement parts or accessories

  • Cosmetic wear that does not affect functionality, including scratches, discoloration, or surface aging

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Commercial, short-term rental, or non-residential. For this category, our warranty drops to 1 Year Parts, and 3 Years Structural. Any labor cost reimbursement will be at the discretion of Aquavoss.

This warranty also excludes:

  • Consequential or third-party damage to property or structures, including damage arising from water leaks, moisture, condensation, or water exposure, whether direct or indirect

  • Costs related to removal, reinstallation, relocation, or access limitations, including cranes, hoists, special equipment, or extraordinary site conditions

  • Damage or costs resulting from moving or reinstalling the unit after initial placement

Warranty Remedies

At Aquavoss’s discretion, warranty remedies may include repair or replacement of the defective component or, in rare cases, replacement of the unit or system. Any replacement unit may be new, refurbished, or functionally equivalent.

Aquavoss may require return of defective components, freight prepaid, prior to issuing replacement parts.

Repaired or replaced components are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, the purchaser must contact Aquavoss support and provide:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Serial number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or video if requested

Warranty claims must be initiated within a reasonable time after discovery of the issue. Failure to provide requested documentation or reasonable access for inspection may result in denial of coverage.

Repairs or third-party service must not be performed without prior approval, as doing so may affect warranty eligibility.

Extended Warranty

An optional Extended Warranty may be purchased to extend full parts and labor coverage beyond the initial two-year period. Extended Warranty terms, conditions, and pricing are provided at the time of purchase and are governed separately.
