My chiller had a defect when I received it. It was sending off an error signal when I plugged it in. I was frusturated because I was having people over and was excited to have a contrast therapy session with them. They sent me a replacement chiller quickly so didn't end up being a huge deal and I haven't had a problem since. Kudos to their customer support
