Cancellation and Return Policy

Overview

At Aquavoss, we understand that purchasing wellness products are a significant investment, both in terms of cost and logistics. Cold plunges and saunas are expensive, bulky and heavy products that are difficult and expensive to ship, and returns and cancellations can be very costly. Therefore, we strongly encourage all of our customers to do their due diligence before making a purchase to ensure that they are fully satisfied with their choice. We believe that by providing clear and transparent policies regarding cancellations and returns, our customers can make informed decisions and have a positive experience with Aquavoss.

Cancellations

-Cancellations for orders that have not yet been shipped from Aquavoss warehouses will incur a 5% cancellation fee.

-Cancellations for orders that have already been shipped from Aquavoss warehouses and are already in transit to your specified shipping address will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to the return shipping costs.

Returns

-Returns for orders that are unopened and still in the manufacturer’s original packaging without defect are acceptable within 30 days of purchasing and will incur a 30% restocking fee in addition to return shipping costs.

-Sales are final for all orders in which the original manufacturer’s packaging has been opened or tampered with in any manner. Any order which has been opened or removed from its original packaging will be considered final and non-returnable.
