The Model 2 is a game charger. It makes Contrast Therapy so easy since you can just jump back and forth between the tubs. I used to carve our special time for a cold plunge, but now I can jump in the hot tub with my kids then go back and forth while they hang out. The Model 2's construction and capabilities (heating and cooling) is great. Ive been impressed every step of the way. I highly recommend the Aquavoss Model 2 for anyone looking to up their game with cold plunging.

I (and my kids!) love it. We sometimes keep the water on the cold plunge side warmer so that the kids can use it as a mini swimming pool. The cold plunge tank is huge. We ran into an issue originally with the water not getting cold on the cold plunge side. I called their team to troubleshoot and they let me know that it was because there was not enough ventilation to the chiller. We re-oriented the unit and problem solved! Love it.

I run a contrast therapy studio in Santa Barbara and I got a Model 2 to test out at my home before putting this in the studio. I've tried and tested many cold plunges out there and this one is the real deal. The 1HP chiller on the cold plunge is great, the construction is well made and the dimensions of it are perfect. My main point of critique is that I wish the system required one electrical chord (the hot tub side is 220v and cold plunge side is 110v). Would have been simpler if its all in one-system.

Big thank you to the Aquavoss team! It's been running great and am so happy! I live in Los Angeles and they were nice enough to help me out with the install. They put it in place for me and also set-up the chiller for the cold plunge. I had my electrician do the hot tub hook up. Looked relatively straightforward but glad I had the help!

10/10 so far. The chiller took about 20-25 minutes to install. I found the youtube set-up videos to be helpful. I had a question regarding one of the plugs for the chiller and their team was responsive. This has been great for my morning routine

I'm in Tennessee and we ran into an issue where the freight company was unable to deliver it to me for some reason. I called their team and they quickly made accommodations to hire a local mover to get it to me ASAP. very thankful for their responsiveness as I was uneasy for a bit. Haven't set it up yet but so far so good.

great customer service. I was getting an error signal on my hot tub side (DRY). Turns out I had an airlock. They sent me a video on how to fix it and I was up and running again in less than 30 minutes. Thanks guys!!

The warranty program for the Model 2 is 1 year. If for some reason you encounter a warranty related issue, please call our support line and we will be ready to resolve your issue as soon as possible. After the first year, you will continue to have lifetime access to our customer support line.
We have partnered with 5 national freight carriers to ship our Aquavoss products. Depending on your location, the product will be shipped with one of these carriers.
The units are highly protected during transit in a wooden palletized crate. The shipping company will give you a call to schedule a delivery appointment.
When the freight company arrives, they will place the Model 2 “curbside”. Each freight carrier has a different definition of what they mean by curbside – from a liability perspective they unfortunately are not able to place it in your backyard where you want it. We recommend hiring a local hot tub mover to put it in place for you. Please reach out to us if you need guidance with getting the hot tub in place. The cover, chiller, and Model 2 ship separately.
Installing the Model 2 is a straight forward process. The Model 2 arrives assembled and the remaining set-up process can be completed in a few simple steps. 1.) Hire a local hot tub mover to move the Model 2 from your curb to your backyard. 2.) Hire an electrician to connect the Model 2 to a dedicated 220v electrical line. 3.) Connect the chiller to a 110v electrical outlet. 4.) Start enjoying your new spa and cold plunge!
The Model 2 runs on a 220v / 50 amp dedicated electrical line for the hot tub side as well as 110v /20amp on the cold plunge side. As such, a licensed electrician will need to connect the Model 2 for you.
