We applied that same level of insulation to the Model 1 cold plunge.
I absolutely love it. It’s been used for multi purposes, my husband from coming out as an addiction to keep up with his sobriety to me coming out of a car accident using it just for my body to feel better. It is been the best thing I have ever spent my money on.

Excellent machine and excellent service. I live in the desert… it’s been 115 degrees everyday and I keep mine outside, mostly shaded but gets sun for about 3 hours a day. In this heat, it’s keeping the temp right where I want it! Make sure after you get it that you let it sit flat so the refrigerant can settle for 24 hours. I had some questions early on and the team was very responsive and helpful! Would highly recommend!
Love this cold plunge! I refer this to all of my friends and a few have gotten it also. I’m in Malibu on the water and the Aquavoss guys helped me put it in place. They organized a crane for me because the place I wanted it in was difficult to access. Customer support is great as well
The steps have been amazing with this unit! We chose this one because I have elderly parents that are also into cold plunging. Its been very easy for them to get in and out with this design. I laso love how the technology is concealed unlike a lot of other cold plunges out there.
My wife and I love this thing. We’re in Las Vegas and this does great in our heat. Really great machine. I did run into a problem where we had dust build up in the plunge, but the Aquavoss team was super helpful on getting us set-up with a cover that would be better for our dusty environment.
Delivery took a little longer than I would have liked. The freight company had to cancel my delivery appointment a few times. All good though once I got it. My friends told me to get into cold plunging and so happy that I did. It's been so helpful with clearing my mind and I've been feeling better!

The warranty program for the Model 1 is 1 year. If for some reason you encounter a warranty related issue, please call our support line and we will be ready to resolve your issue as soon as possible. After the first year, you will continue to have lifetime access to our customer support line.
We have partnered with 5 national freight carriers to ship our Aquavoss products. Depending on your location, the product will be shipped with one of these carriers.
The units are highly protected during transit in a wooden palletized crate. The shipping company will give you a call to schedule a delivery appointment.
When the freight company arrives, they will place the Model 1 “curbside”. Each freight carrier has a different definition of what they mean by curbside – from a liability perspective they unfortunately are not able to place it in your backyard where you want it. Please reach out to us if you need guidance with getting the cold plunge in place.
Installing the Model 1 is a straight forward process. The Model 1 arrives assembled and the remaining set-up process can be completed in a few simple steps. 1.) Move the cold plunge to where you want it in your backyard. . 2.) Wait 24 hours for the refrigerant in the chiller to settle. 3.) Fill the cold plunge with water. 4.) Plug in your cold plunge and set your desired temperature. 5.) Start cold plunging!
The Model 1 runs on a 110v electrical circuit. It is plug and play.
