The cold plunge industry has exploded in growth over the last 2-years due to the immense health benefits that can be experienced through contrast therapy. The company is hiring to continue its rapid growth in the industry.

About the role: As a member of the finance team at Aquavoss, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of the company. You will help leadership drive strategic decisions through a financial outloook on the business.

• Manage the books daily transactions
• Manage tax documents (e.g. 1099s, W2s, W9s, etc.)
• Manage and continue to build monthly financial projections
• Input bills into accounting system for timely payment of vendors
• Collect AR from accounts with partnership deals
• Ad Hoc Admin Support
• Ad hoc financial analysis

Who you are: You are a motivated self-starter that is passionate about the health and wellness industry. You are a highly analytical with a strong background in company financial statements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong excel skills
• Highly trustworthy (as you will be interacting with confidential company documents)
• Strong understanding of company financial statements
• Understanding of how to build financial forecasts
• Comfortable with a ‘wear many hats’ type working environment
