The cold plunge industry has exploded in growth over the last 2-years due to the immense health benefits that can be experienced through contrast therapy. The company is hiring to continue its rapid growth in the industry.
About the role: As a member of the customer support team at Aquavoss, you will play a crucial role in answering all questions asked by customers regarding the product. You will additionally support customers with any warranty related issues to ensure that their cold plunges, saunas, and hot tubs are running again as quickly as possible.
- Respond to customers regarding product usage related questions (post-purchase)
- Respond to customers for any warranty related issues
- Document warranty issues within CRM
- Collaborate with technicians to resolve all customer issues in a timely manner
- Manage shipping and tracking of replacement parts and components
- Develop nationwide relationships with hot tub technicians – keep data accurate in CRM
